As a juried show, we have a careful eye on the quality, uniqueness and style of your work. We also prefer to avoid product overlap, cross competition, and/or over-saturation in any one product category so that each vendor has a chance to be successful. We would love to include everyone, however these qualifying factors are honored deep in our core values. During certain, more cozy events, our hometown venues limit the amount of artists we can accept. Please understand this as we reply to each one of your applications.

Payment forms will be sent out once you are notified of acceptance with our "You're In!" email. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required immediately (this counts toward your total booth fee), acting as a confirmation and commitment to the event. This holds your booth spot, as we often have a wait list. At that time you are also given the option to pay your booth fee in full. If you choose to break these payments up, the remainder of your booth fee will be due no later than 10 days before the event (unless otherwise noted). The deposit amount does apply to your total booth fee. Refunds to the $25 deposit will not be given for any cancellations, no shows or penalties.

As the founders of HHMrkt are fellow makers, we like to be transparent about our booth fees, so here is a breakdown. Your booth fee includes, but is not limited to: payment to hold your booth space, venue rental, City of Wichita / Wichita Government licenses and fees, merchant taxes, market team compensation, marketing materials (printed promotions, digital billboards, social media/online & radio ads, TV, News, blog & newspaper features, etc.) and other paid promotions. Marketing materials and media are designed and produced specifically for each event. A photographer (plus a videographer and dronetographer for certain events) will be on site for each event capturing photos of every booth/artist, music, customers and overall atmosphere. Most HHMRKTs also include live music, interactive components, live art, and featured food and drinks/beer/alcohol.
